04 Oct AVA 2015 Season Announced!
This year the AVA has 15 full day beach Events (May through September!) at Alki beach for all divisions (Adult Open/AA/A/Novice and Juniors U12, U14, U16, U18). AVA are the leading promoters of beach volleyball events in Seattle at Alki beach, showcasing the highest level of competition in the region with tons of fun at the popular and beautiful Alki beach waterfront location.
Prizes:
AVA adult events will have over $10,000 in prize money and prizes, gift bags with quality prizes for all divisions. Events count towards Seaside seeding.
AVA Juniors:
For Juniors, there will again be fantastic prize bags for winners and second place finishers in all divisions as part of a full 2015 AVA Junior Championship Series at Alki beach with overall series winners receiving medals, awards, national recognition and invitations to national events.
All AVA events have quality prize bags, raffles, beach activities plus free food, fruit & snacks, music and high level competition at Alki beach waterfront with tons of fans. AVA paddle board will be on hand and free for player use in between games.

Olympian beach camp and lots of fun at the beach:
Free raffle prizes, serving contests, fun adult player after party will be part of this years beach action and professional photographers will capture the daily action with photos published online for national recognition. Personal online player results profiles are published online at the AVA beach players database. End of season player awards and nominations for the official AVA Northwest Beach Hall Of Fame will happen at the end of season… and much more still to be announced including an exclusive beach volleyball camp by Olympian, professional beach volleyball player, 4x NCAA champion and UCLA’s current head sand coach Stein Metzger, right here on Alki beach. learning from one of the best coaches and players in the country is a rare opportunity not to be missed.. Stein Metzger camp is a favorite each year.
